Care instructions

Due to the hand-crafted nature of the Enamel mug each product will differ slightly, there may be odd dimples and blemishes which are part of an enamel mug. Enamel mugs are all individual and unique in their own way. Enamel Mugs are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Please dry thoroughly and do not leave submerged in water.

Postage Information

We send all our orders via Royal Mail second class and retain proof of postage for all transactions. In the unlikely event that your parcel being lost in transit to you we will be required to make a claim via Royal Mail this can take over 14 days. We are unable to refund or replace an item until this has elapsed and been investigated correctly.

Please note that our working (and dispatch) days are Monday-Friday.
Excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We will endeavour to answer any messages as quickly as possible but please be aware that during the evenings and weekends that will not be in studio and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.


We are happy to accept returns, If you would like to refund an item please contact us.

All returns postage costs are payable by the customer and none refundable, we recommend that you return your item via a signed for service with required insurance to cover the item, we are not responsible for lost in transit items being returned.

Personalised items are none refundable.
