Shipping Policy

UK orders:
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Standard 1st and 2nd class services unless otherwise requested (this will incur an additional charge). Please be aware that I do not send items 'tracked, recorded or signed for' unless it is specifically requested. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days using these services.

International deliveries:
International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail Standard services when possible. If you require a recorded or signed for delivery, this would incur in an additional charge. The estimated delivery time will depend on each country.

Processing time: All orders will be shipped following receipt of payment within times stated on individual items. Should you need something urgently please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy
I do not accept exchanges, cancellations or returns, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
