For standard mail shipping (Economy - Mailbox tracked - Tracked and Signed) the situation varies from location to location. Unfortunately, after many months shipping is not yet back to normal.

OCTOBER UPDATE;
Shipping to some destinations in Europe is deteriorating again, due to a new wave of Covid 19 cases
Asia and Oceanía continues to improve.

Shipping has also improved significantly in the USA, after NY-JFK was re-opened as Europe's incoming mail. However the situation is not back to normal yet.

All orders shipped since early June have been delayed due to several reasons:
- Covid outbreaks at USPS mail processing centres in Chicago, Miami, San Francisco and LA.
- Changes at USPS. The opperational changes made by the new USPS PostMaster have had a significant adversed effect on the entire mail network. The situation started improving at the end of August but it's not yet back to normal.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE
A Covid emergency hub was set up in Germany and all orders travel through this hub regardless of the destination. Please note this will add a few days to your shipping time. This hub behaves as being off shore.

GERMANY: Shipping has improved significantly, but all orders have to clear German customs, despite being shipped from within the EU. No tax fees are being applied but it will increase shipping times by a few days.

REST OF WEST EUROPE: Shipping has improved significantly
SWEDEN, FINLAND AND NORWAY : Shipping has improved significantly. Delays are still to be expected in Germany, at the emergency hub. We have noticed some tracking problems to Sweden since the mail started using the new mail hub through Germany, in some instance PostNord thinks the mail is coming from overseas

UNITED KINGDOM and IRELAND: Shipping to Ireland has improved, However mail to the UK is deteriorating again due to new travel restrictions announced by the UK Government in August.

Shipping for order shipped after July 7th has improved. But still remains challenging for orders shipped before this date, The souce of the problem is Covid outbreaks in several USPS distribution centres. Accouding to USPS , the biggest delays are to be expected on the West Coast and South East part of the country.

SHIPPING to AFRICA has been suspended due to flight cancellations
SHIPPING to ASIA is back

Oct update: Sevice to ARGENTINA, BRAZIL and CHILE is back.

Shipping Options - Estimated shipping times

At the moment we offer two shipping options:

- Standard Shipping - without tracking number
- Recorded Shipping - with tracking number.

Shipping from Spain is quick and efficient. These are the expected shipping times, both official shipping times given by the carriers and average shipping times based on our experience

Official Shipping Times:
- Europe: 1-3 weeks
- USA & Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Rest of the World: 2- 4 weeks

These are the usual shipping times (business days), according to our experience
- Europe: 3-6 working days
- USA and Canada: 6-12 days (Recorded/tracked) & 8-14 days (Standard)
- Rest of the World: 10-18 days. It varies from country to country

Lost Items & returned parcel

We will consider your item lost if it has not been delivered within a month.

In case your item is lost we will either refund the full transaction or resend you a new order. We will not pay the cost of re-shipping your items or refund the transaction if you provided us with the wrong or incomplete address or you failed to respond to the carriers delivery notifications.

LIABILITIES NOT ASSUMED:
- Any delay in delivery or failure to complete a delivery due to acts of Customs or other regulatory agencies.
- any events beyond our control including but not limited to perils of the air, state of war, weather and health conditions, pandemia, national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, strikes or anticipated strikes.

Tracking Numbers

- Economy shipping: No tracking is included.

- Mailbox Tracked: Affordable tracking option. The parcel will travel with a tracking number from out fulfillment centre. Once it's delivered to your mailbox by the postman, it will be marked as delivered by the local post office, usually with a GPS location system, but not always.

- Tracked & Signed: The parcel will travel with a tracking number from our fulfillment centre. The parcel will have to be signed on delivery. We are not responsible if fail to respond delivery notifications

We provide the tracking number once we receive it from the fulfillment centre. Normally 24hrs after shipping from our workshop.

Australia, Canada, Israel & Italy often provide incomplete tracking information.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged during transit we will replace your order with a new order or issued a full refund (we will decide at our own discretion, based on cost and shipping times). You must provide evidence of the damage (image or carrier's notification). All damaged items must be returned to us within a period of 14 physical days from the moment you receive the item. Refund will be completed once we receive the order.
