🎀 Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes! We love bringing your unique ideas to life. Whether you want to add a name, change a text, or have a specific design in mind, just send us a message.
Note: Please double-check your spelling for custom text requests, as we print exactly what is submitted.
🎀 How do I choose the right size?
Most of our popular items (like t-shirts and sweatshirts) are unisex sizing, meaning they run true to size for men but have a more relaxed fit for women.
Recommendation: Measure your favorite tee at home (armpit to armpit) and compare it with the Size Chart in our listing photos.
Style Tip: If you want that trendy oversized look, consider sizing up 1 or 2 sizes
🎀 How should I wash my item to keep the print fresh?
To ensure the longevity of your new favorite item, we recommend:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
Tumble dry low or hang-dry (best for print life).
Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
Do not iron directly over the printed design.
🎀 Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer custom gift wrapping or handwritten notes inside the package. However, our packaging is minimal and secure to ensure your item arrives safely!
🎀 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every single item in our shop is "Made to Order" specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or personal preference.
Our Promise: If there is ANY issue with the print quality or the garment itself (defect/damage), please message us with a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately!
