Friendly and prompt seller, she was very helpful when it came to figuring out which shipping method was more suitable for me. The calendar arrived in a timely manner and it is absolutely beautiful. The photos are gorgeous, I really enjoyed their contrast and texture. Wonderful seller, highly recommended!

Why Gothic horror photography?

Over the years, people have tried telling me to change my genre of photography if I want to make a living out of it. I simply can’t do this as I find traditional photography mundane.
Dark, Gothic horror and alternative photography for me is all about capturing the deathly stillness of a Gothic graveyard or capturing the magical presence of a once fantastic building still fighting to stand proud after centuries of ruin. Have you ever wondered about the inhabitants and their experiences of yesteryear when in such beautiful surroundings?

Lots of subjects have their ghosts within, even the portraits I love to take with those eyes looking at you expressing their hidden demons for only some to see. Treading the paths of magnificent Victorian cemeteries and spooky old graveyards, reveal numerous tales to spark a creative imagination like mine, especially if you love the vampire of Gothic literature later explored by the wonderful Hammer Horror. To find out more about me and my work, feel free to contact me if you don't find the answers that you're looking for.

Frequently asked questions
Is your jewellery lead and nickel free?

All items of metal in the jewellery pieces are lead and nickel free to the best of my knowledge. I never use Tibetan silver. Items are silver plated unless otherwise stated. Care should be taken with all plated jewellery such as: - Never clean with chemicals. Never wear continually. If it tarnishes just like .925 does, wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Custom and personalised orders

If you have ordered a custom design, orders CANNOT be returned.

Photographs of the finished piece are sent to you prior to making payment to confirm that you are happy with the product. Again, please contact me if you have any questions.

What do you class as antique and vintage?

When looking up definitions online, they are subjective, therefore below is what I class as vintage and antique.

Vintage is an item more than 15 years old
Antique is an item that is more than 50 years old

What about none antique and vintage frames?

All details of the frame are included in the listing and if you do require further information, please ask.

I do have a selection of more modern frames that are found either in charity shops, antique shops or are given to me by people who would have thrown them away. Each frame is inspected for quality and is up-cycled, i.e. made to suit my style of photography. Usually this includes a lick of black paint or on occasions a bit of glue or wood filler.
