Presently I only accept paypal as a method of payment. Please contact me if this doesn't work for you.

I will send all sculptures tracked and signed for delivery. I also insure each package up to the cost of the sculpture.
If I have over-charged you for shipping then I will reimburse you the cost.
I try to be accurate with shipping costs but due to the nature of the materials I use then some sculptures will be heavier than others. I try to account for this in my listed shipping prices.
Where possible I may use recycled packaging to ship the sculptures. This is to cut down the cost both to the customer and to the Earth.

You may return a sculpture if you are for any reason not happy with it, within a week of receiving it. The buyer will pay for the return.
If a sculpture arrives damaged then I will pay for the return and repair it and send it back.
