GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
Helen Fairweather's art is suitable for INDOOR use only, unless otherwise stated in the written description for an individual product. Outdoor photographs are for marketing purposed only.
Helen Fairweather's art, frames, wooden cottages and any other prodct are NOT a toy, and are unsuitable for children of any age to play with due to small parts. Please keep out of reach of children. All products are unsuitable for children under 3 years of age.
All picked flowers and plants used in Helen Fairweather's art and marketing photography are taken from the garden of Helen Fairweather, her family and friends only. No plants have been picked from the wild.
No plants, trees or similar have been damaged during the creation of Helen Fairweather's art or marketing photographs.
Each of Helen Fairweather's paintings is handmade and unique. Perosnalised and customised art will therefore always vary slightly from the example shown in any advert, in terms of designs, colours and fabrics used. Every piece is entirely unique!
Computer monitors may vary the colours of paintings from the original.
All painting sizes quoted are the size of the mount or frame and NOT the image size, unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment must be received in FULL, and cleared, before work is begun on commissioned, custom, or personalised art.

DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping times vary from product to product, especially for items made to order. Please see details of shipping times for each individual item.
Please ensure that the postal address you provide is accurate. I cannot be held responsible for loss or delivery to the wrong address of an item if the customer has provided inaccurate or incorrect postal information.
Postage within the United Kingdom is via Royal Mail or Hermes. Please allow 4 working days for delivery after I have informed you that your art has been despatched.
Delivery times quoted cannot be guaranteed, so please do allow plenty of time for your art work to be completed and sent to you.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be lost or missing until 15 working days after the date of posting. I am therefore unable to refund or replace items until after this time period for Royal Mail or Hermes deliveries.
International orders are delivered using Airmail or Airsure, as appropriate.
Liability cannot be accepted for loss or damage to items whilst in transit.
If your puchase arrives with you damaged, please contact me IMMEDIATELY, sending a photograph of the damage to the item, and damage to the packaging.
If your purchase is lost in transit, please contact me within 10 days of notification of despatch.
I cannot guarantee that packaging will be the same as it appears in any photographs seen in my adverts – wrapping papers/boxes/bags and other packaging materials may vary, or the designs on packaging may vary from that depicted in my photographs.

RETURNS POLICY
Whilst I am sure that you will be very happy with your purchase, if you should wish to return the product for whatever reason, please contact me. I will then do my very best to resolve any problem.
You must contact me within 7 (SEVEN) days of receipt of your purchase, if you wish to return it.  You will be refunded upon my safe receipt of the item(s) that you are returning.
All returned goods must be received by me in 'as new' condition.
I am UNABLE TO REFUND SHIPPING COSTS FOR ANY RETURNS.
PLEASE NOTE: Commissioned/personalised items CANNOT BE RETURNED/REFUNDED.
I cannot offer a returns policy for any commissioned, custom or personalised work.

PRIVACY POLICY
The privacy of all users ois of utmost importance to me, and I am wholly committed to its protection.
Details are stored solely by me, Helen Fairweather, the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop. When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.   The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order, and to comply with the law and tax obligations. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and comply with legal/tax related obligations, and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy privacy policies to learn more about their own privacy practices.

Banking details are never stored by me.
I endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, I cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and I will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to my negligence or wilful default.
