Hi, I’m Travis — a lifelong tinkerer, builder, and animal lover. By day, I work as the Chief Architect for a large health tech company, where I help design complex systems that impact millions of lives. But when the laptop closes, I head to my workshop, where I get to continue doing what I love most: robotics, 3D printing, and creative design, in a way that improves the lives of humans and animals.
This shop grew out of that passion. I’ve always been fascinated by how technology can make life better — not just for people, but for the pets and critters we care about, too. Using my engineering background, I design fun, durable, and safe habitats and accessories that bring out the best in their tiny adventurers.
Every item in my shop is something I would proudly use for my own animals, and I hold myself to the same standard I do in my professional work: precision, care, and innovation.
For me, this isn’t just about selling products — it’s about sharing the joy of making, the love of animals, and the belief that even small creatures deserve big imagination.

5 out of 5 starsI bought this because it made me laugh when I saw it and it makes me laugh now when I see it in the crabitat. Super cute, I don’t know if Bernice understands she's supposed to walk on but she seems to like it! Maybe it takes a while. either way, would recommend!

Hi Haley & Bernice, Thanks so much for the great feedback. Regarding the exercise wheel, yes it could take a few to several weeks but Bernice will eventually figure it out, and almost definitely love it. The first time I heard about an exercise wheel for hermit crabs I thought, "there's absolutely no way this is real," but sure enough... one crab figured it out and soon they were all taking it for a spin - hence the birth of a dual wheel. Eventually Bernice will start to spin herself on it like a carnival ride, don't be alarmed - she's doing it on purpose! Travis
