Trained in millinery for over 15 years. I make everything from Fedoras to bridal pieces and fascinators for Ascot. HT hats have been worn by celebrities and ITV presenters for Ascot. Everything is handmade and beautifuly crafted using traditional millinery techniques.

Custom and personalised orders
I can make any style you see in the shop in any colour arrangement you like. If you see a style you want but need more feathers/flowers or another colour adding or changing please just ask!
Feather pins can also be made in bespoke colours.
Please note bespoke or customised orders cannot be returned.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Everything in the shop comes beautifully wrapped and presented in a bespoke 'HT Hats' box or bag.
Please note SALE items are not wrapped in bespoke branded packaging and cannot be returned.
Care instructions
Please keep and store your purchase in the packaging provided to keep it in the best condition.
All of our handmade hats and headpieces are sprayed with a shower proof spray. They are showerproof but will need protection from consistent rain or harsh elements.
Wholesale availability

Can I return SALE Items?
We are sorry but items in the SALE cannot be returned. Please be sure of your purchase before comitting to buy it.
If I am returning an item, do I need to send this tracked?
Yes please! If you have contacted us within 3 days of receiving your item and we have accepted it as a return, please make sure you send it via tracked mail so that you can ensure it has been received back to us. Please advise us of the tracking number once you have arranged the return and the item must be returned within 7 days of your purchase. Once received we will issue a full refund for the item bought. Please be advised that all return postage costs are at the buyers expense.
What items can be returned?
We really hope you love your purchase but if for some reason it is not quite the right colour or fit, then we will gladly accept a return!
Full price items that are for sale that have not been customised or made for a bespoke order can be returned, within 7 days of your purchase. Please message us witin 3 days of receipt of the item if you wish to return it.
