5 out of 5 starsElle is absolutely beautiful she was my birthday present I haven’t seen a training head mannequin with so much realistic facial features on the market she is gorgeous. Elle hair is thick and the texture of her hair is soft I wanted Elle strictly for hair braiding. Emma is amazing she answered all my questions that I asked about Elle Emma went into great details with me before I purchased Elle which I really appreciated Emma also included a comb hair scrunchie and a care guide and also a thank you card top service I would definitely recommend Emma to any of my friends and family if they are looking for a top quality mannequin thank you Emma xxxx

Can I return my mannequin?
Please check your goods thoroughly upon receiving them.
All Mannequins are thoroughly inspected and quality check for any possible defects and are photographed and video prior to being shipped out to each customer so there shouldn't be any faults.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, contact us immediately with a picture at email@hairandmakeupemma.co.uk.
Please note all returns have to be returned with all original packaging (e.g the box, dust bag, gift box etc)
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you return all items tracked postage.
