Here at Rose Signage Co we are powered by only a few things - love, family and coffee!

We set up our business because we are passionate about creativity and design, and because we saw a gap in the market for luxurious wedding decor items that were different to the rustic boho chic that has dominated the feeds of instagram for so long! We have then developed our business further to now provide small businesses with stylish essential signage to evelate their brand!

As a husband and wife team, along with our very cheeky brand ambassador Harrison we set about building a business providing signage items for weddings and events, as well as small businesses. We love to make items which we know will make your decor really stand out. We have fallen in love with helping small businesses with laser printed and laser cut signage for their salons, studios and boutiques!

What is your current turn around?

Please view the ' Delivery ' drop down in the listing. Here you will find the current turn around on orders. I would advice doing this before ordering, as once ordered you have 2 days to cancel before your order is sent to print. Once an order has been sent to print we are unable to refund or cancel at this point.

Any notes left on your order wont be seen until your order is processed within the current turnaround time. Requesting required for date here will not unsure a faster
or guaranteed delivery!

How long does delivery take?

UK -
smaller items are shipped first class tracked with royal mail.
Larger or higher value orders are shipped with DPD local.
Both usually 2-3 days.

smaller items via royal mail on 5-7 day service
larger items via UPS on a 2-5 day service

*COVID-19 is having an impact on shipping turnarounds,
We do ask that customers have consideration for the difficulties faced at this current time.

I want to cancel?

We are able to cancel orders up to 2 days after ordering.
After this time your order is sent to print and we can no longer cancel or refund

I want to return or exchange?

Due to our products being customised to your personal requirements,
We are unable to offer refund or exchanges.

My item is late?

We work extremely hard to unsure deliveries are out in the required turn around time.

Due to many issues surrounding the current pandemic, we can have issue arise. Such as delays with materials, materials being out of stock, and courier delays - both with us receiving materials and couriers delivering parcels on time,

If for any reason we have delays prior to your order shipping we will notify your as soon as these issues arise.

If a delivery is taking some time to arrive, we do ask for patience as 90% of the time its due to delays at the courier end. All my parcels are sent on a tracking service so items wont be lost unless informed so by the courier. In this rare case your item is insured and a replacement will be sent.

My item is damaged?

In the rare occasion your item is damaged please ensure you contact us within 48hrs.
This is extremely important as the courier wont investigate any damages after this time.

We ensure all items are in perfect condition before preparing for dispatch.
All orders are sent out securely packaged. With fragile clearly stated.

Unfortunately items can be damaged in transit for reasons out of my control.
If your item is received damaged, we ask you send a photo of the item and any supporting images such as a damaged box.

We will work to get a replacement made and shipped within a few days pending the investigation via both us and the courier.

Where is my order?

Please unsure you check both turn around time and delivery times on items.

If your order hasn't been shipped-

You can find this information in your order history, please be advised that we work to dispatch no later then the last day of the turn around time.
We will contact prior if any delays.

If your order has been shipped -

Can also view this in your order history. All shipping dispatches will have a tracking number also including the courier provider. We advice you copy and paste this information into the couriers tracking website for current updates

Receiving your custom details?

Where able please include your custom details in the personalisation section at the checkout, your order cant be processed until this box is complete.

For larger details such as Price List - PLEASE EMAIL

Please include your order number as the email header to help us cross reference.
We will send templates for larger items. Orders wont be processed until confirmed.

If we are awaiting details later then the dispatch date this could cause cancelation of your order, meaning you would have to order and wait the turn around time again.

Please unsure we receive your order details in plenty of time

Shipping costs + shipping times can vary dependant on location.

TAXES - please be aware your country could potentially tax you.
Taxes are set by your country and can vary. Please be aware of your countries customs taxes before making an order.

We do NOT take any responsibility for any taxes charged on your orders.
And will not refund or return items declined for this reason.
