For the UK: All postage is free. Your gift bag and clay kit will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. A prepaid envelope will be included for you to return your child's impressions to us. The finished piece will be sent in a presentation box by 1st Class, Signed For post within 14 days of receipts of your clays.

For the USA: A single surplus charge of £30 - 38 is added to cover the extra costs of sending your gift bag AND the final carving. It will be the responsibility of the customer to return the clay impressions to us in the addressed envelope provided and cover the cost of postage. Your gift bag will be shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 7-10 days. Your finished carving will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of your clay impressions in a presentation box. It will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail Tracking service and will require a signature upon delivery. It will be with you within 7-10 days.

All customers from overseas will be responsible for paying any VAT/customs tax that may be charged when receiving parcels sent from the UK.

REGARDING OTHER STOCK ITEMS:

For the UK: Your item will be shipped within 7-14 business days by Royal Mail free of charge.
For the EU: Your item will be shipped within 7-14 business days at a charge of £14.20
For the USA: Your item will be shipped within 7-14 business days at a charge of £30
