*All digital files provided are for personal use only. Do not redistribute in any way including.The images may not be altered in any way. All files are for non-commercial use only. The copyright doesn't transfer to the buyer and you may not resell or share any of the files..

*DIGITAL FILE

Digital files are not refundable.
If you purchase seating chart (not specially design for you) and don't send us list of guests, we can return your money minus 10% from price ( Those are our fees and taxes on etsy and paypal).

If you purchase seating chart with specially design for you, we don't refund your money.

** SEATING CHARTS

I offer 2 free rounds of changes to make sure the design is exactly how you would like it. Any additional proofs after that will incur a $10 fee.
We don't make backup of final files.

***CHANGE SIZE
Every change size after sending first proof will be cost extra.

*LIST OF GUESTS

We put the list on the seating chart like we get from customer. We don't change list order. If you sent us NEW list ( for example: you change order from order by table to alphabetical) after first proof, we have to make the seating chart from beginning, so the new proof will be cost 40$. We always confirm if we receive your list and all information on our email.

*PHOTO
If you buy photo items, please send your photos as high resolution jpg format. The resolution should be 300 dpi or better to achieve the best results. I cannot take responsibility for the print quality of low resolution photos.

*COLOR
The colors shown on the screen may not be the exact color reproduced on photo or card-stock prints. Computer monitor colors and printed colors do vary depending on the method of printing and in differences in how monitors and printers are calibrated. In addition, colors may vary based on the card stock used. If you are printing the digital design, you will have an opportunity to print your proof during the review process. I cannot be held responsible for printing variations outside of my control. Client proofing is highly encouraged.

* FINAL FILE AND CHANGES
Once you approve JPG file, I will send you a high resolution final PDF file.
After that, there is a $20 charge for every changes (if you send us changes after 5 days after that).


*fonts
Our sample images of DIY MS Word templates contain free fonts.
Sometimes the fonts will carry over, but if for any reason they do not show up on your template when you receive your file, these are the fonts we used that you may need to download and install them (you will receive file with links of where you can download them for free. Also you will receive file with instruction how to install them on your computer).
Always be sure that MS Word is closed when installing fonts to ensure they carry over.
(If any links are broken or the font is unavailable just send us a message and we will provide an updated link for you).
You can also use any font that you have already installed on your computer.
