Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We really hope that you love our stickers! Please contact us if you are less than satisfied, and we will do our best to resolve your issue, either with a replacement or a refund.
We accept payment through Etsy Direct Checkout, PayPal, credit/debit cards and Etsy gift cards.

The customer is responsible for any duty or other fees.
Items are sent via UK Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time after it has been marked as dispatched, please get in touch.

To keep the price of postage down, standard post is used unless you choose to upgrade and have your parcel tracked. Please be aware that tracked post will not necessarily arrive any quicker than standard post but you will be able to track its journey and see where it is in the world.

Stickers will be sent 1-7 days after ordering (and usually sooner!) Weekend orders will be posted on Monday.

POSTAGE: (Once marked as shipped!)
• Orders to the UK-please allow 1-4 days
• Orders to Europe-please allow 1-7 days
• Orders to USA, Canada, Australia-please allow 1-15 days

Please please please make sure your delivery address is correct! I will 'copy and paste' the address from your order details, so whatever address is supplied will be used. I'm afraid I cannot replace orders that have not arrived due to an incorrect address being used. If you have made a mistake with your address, please message me as quickly as possible - if it has not been sent then I can change the address. If it has been sent then I can't be responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Where is my tracking number?

To keep the price of postage down, we post orders with standard UK post which is un-tracked. If you would like to have your order tracked, please select the 'tracked' option at the checkout.

Your tracking number will be supplied when your order is marked as dispatched.

Can you create custom designs?

Sure! Drop me a message and i'll see what I can do. Unfortunately, I don't create 'personalised' designs.

How does the reward card system work?

You will receive a reward card with your order - simply collect 5 Koko heads from the free sample sheet, send me a photo of the completed card (Etsy, IG or Facebook) and I'll send you a unique code for 20% off your next order! (please let me know if you do or don't need a new card)
