I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please note, that the cost of any returned items will be down to the buyer unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty.
The customer is responsible for any duty or other fees.
During the Covid-19 situation, we strongly advise our international customers (we are in the UK) to use the TRACKED option. You will receive a tracking ID number when your stickers are posted and will be able to follow your order on it's journey to you.
If you are not in the UK and do not use the tracked service, we will be unable to update you on your orders progress. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, all postal services are experiencing delays of up to 6 weeks due to a lack of staff, increased demand and fewer planes and transport links. If you order and use the 'standard' option, which is untracked, we will ask you to wait the full 6 weeks before we can help you with anything that hasn't arrived. Please only order if you are OK with this.

Please please please make sure your delivery address is correct! I will use the address from your order details, so whatever address is supplied will be used. I'm afraid I cannot replace orders that have not arrived due to an incorrect address being used. If you have made a mistake with your address, please message me as quickly as possible - if it has not been sent then I can change the address. If it has been sent then I can't be responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Where is my tracking number?
To keep the price of postage down, we post orders with standard UK post which is un-tracked. If you would like to have your order tracked, please select the 'tracked' option at the checkout.
Your tracking number will be supplied when your order is marked as dispatched.
Can you create custom designs?
Sure! Drop me a message and i'll see what I can do. Unfortunately, I don't create 'personalised' designs.
How does the reward card system work?
You will receive a reward card with your order - simply collect 5 Koko heads from the free sample sheet, send me a photo of the completed card (Etsy, IG or Facebook) and I'll send you a unique code for 20% off your next order! (please let me know if you do or don't need a new card)
Can I sell on my own products that use your stickers?
No. The use of our stickers is solely for personal use.
