    Welcome to my shop! Items are hand-knitted or crocheted by me in a variety of yarns including cotton, acrylic, bamboo, alpaca and sheep's wool. I accept commissions, so if you see something you like but prefer another colour - get in touch! Some items can also be made in an alternative yarn (if you're allergic to wool fibres, for example)
    For the photographic items, all photos are taken by me so I hold copyright.

    Accepted payment methods

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me before returning it.

    Items (non-commissioned) may be returned unused and in the original packaging within 28 days for a full refund. The cost of return postage will not be refunded.

    Use an insured postal method and obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

    Any commissioned or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
    Payment
    I accept Paypal and direct bank transfers. Items are dispatched on receipt of payment. Commissioned items require full payment at time of order.
    Delivery
    All items are posted via Royal Mail and will be 1st class unless specified otherwise. If you need something quickly, or would prefer Recorded Delivery, please contact me.

    Items shipped abroad will be sent by airmail unless requested otherwise.

    Buyers are responsible for any customs duty and/or import taxes. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

    Commissioned and custom-made items will be dispatched as soon as completed - the lead time will vary depending on the item.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    All items are made by me in a pet and smoke free home. Items shown in the shop are ready to post unless otherwise specified.

    Commissioned items will take time to make (the exact time depends on the item) - please allow for this before placing an order.

    Unless the item is time-critical, I allow 5 days 'cooling off' period before beginning work on a custom-made item. Contact me within this period if you change your mind for a full refund. After this period, the order cannot be refunded.
