What should I do if my item hasn't arrived on time?
We offer a full refund or replacement if an item is over 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International). Please be aware that we personalise each item and cannot be held accountable for courier-related delays. During Christmas and courier strikes, delivery times may be considerably longer. Kindly bear this in mind before purchasing.

Minor alterations, such as modifying the wording or adding a pawprint or heart, are free of charge. For more extensive customisations necessitating multiple proof images and changes, a fee may be applicable. Please get in touch with us for a quote – we're approachable and reasonable!
International shipping - refunds and replacements at Happy Tree Gifts:
While most international orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, customs delays can occasionally transpire. We can only offer a refund or replacement after 20 working days have passed since the last estimated delivery date, in accordance with courier policies. If this is a concern, we kindly request you to reconsider your purchase.
