The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Returns and exchange details
Return shipping charges remain the buyer's responsibility.
Refund will be given once I have received the item in the same condition I sent it out in.
If you made a mistake on your address, and it is returned to me in the mail, then I can either re-ship if you pay for the shipping, or refund you the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping.
Delivery
Prints are kept safe in plastic sleeves, and sent in sturdy bend-free mailers. Same with cards.
Enamel pins are shipped in bubble mailers.
Original paintings are packaged VERY safely with layers of plastic, cardboard, and bubble wrap. Shipping method depends on the size of the painting and your location, and should be described in the listing. Just send me a message with any special requests.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to a week for your order to be shipped. Most items are shipped in a couple days, but occasionally it does take up to a week. Most weeks I ship on Monday and Thursday.
Posters are usually made to order, and take about a week to be properly printed.
Let me know if you need your purchase by a particular date, so we can work together to make sure that happens!

SHIPPING TIME
Canada - orders usually arrive within one week of shipment.
USA - most orders take around 5-10 business days. Most items do not come with a tracking number unless you upgrade your shipping. Occasionally packages get held up at US Customs for up to two weeks, which is a total bummer but can't be helped.
Everywhere else - standard shipping takes closer to 10-15 days. Occasionally items arrive super speedily, but it's usually a couple weeks. Most items are not shipped with a tracking number unless you upgrade your shipping.

And please, please double check your address. If you make a mistake on your address, I can not provide a refund! However, if it is returned to me in the mail, I will provide a refund, minus the cost of shipping.
