A Hectic Eclectic collection of Pyrography, Photography & Poetry

When Heidi bought me a pyrography iron I decided to make a go of it and see what I could come up with. I've been singeing bits of wood for a couple of years now and I find it very rewarding and now I have a few pieces I thought I'd see how they fare.

If you'd like something crafted for you in pyrography, such as a house sign or keyring, just get in touch and we'll work out a design and price.

Heidi has always had an interest in photography, with a talent for spotting the shots and snapping the scenes, and now we have an Etsy site she has decided to share some of her photos.

Along with the pyrography and photography you may find some of my poetry. Really I write rarely, scarcely taking up the pen. But now and then I'll throw in a poem that rhymes orange with door hinge.

Returns and exchange details
Stock items may be returned for a refund or exchange if you're unhappy with the purchase or if it gets damaged en route, please contact us within 14 days and return the item within 21 days.

Commissioned items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged as they will have been created specifically for you.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Paypal is preferred as it's super simple, like a tabloid crossword, but you can also send a cheque if you're feeling in that kind of mood, however I won't be able to send your item until it clears, which could take several days and as many nights.
Items will be well packaged and sent by Royal Mail or MyHermes. If you are in a hurry then we can investigate the cost of expedited shipping options for you.

We are happy to send an item anywhere in the world, however there are some countries that won't allow wood to be imported. So far we have discovered that Australia doesn't allow some wooden items to be imported, so unfortunately some items can't be sent . We will check out each new destination before posting to see if it's possible for you to receive your item.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm very happy to do custom orders, whether you want something specific like an owl in flight on a plaque, or something you're not so sure about like a mouse driving a camper van made of Swiss cheese on a box, then just drop me a line and I'll come up with some designs. Before I start to burn something which is especially unusual I'll need a down payment to cover costs etc.
