Not only the crystals are super sparkly, the chain itself is so shiny as well and sparkles with every move. Communication with Sonè was very friendly. Hedgehog Project
The name 'Hedgehog Project' is coming from my love for hedgehogs, adorable animals which we sometimes find in our garden. Also because my husband calls me as a hedgehog, I named my shop Hedgehog Project that is a project to actualize my ideas on jewelry. With all those spikes, I find the hedgehogs particular and different but at the same time, they are unique and beautiful. Same for my creations, I hope you find my jewelries different and beautiful.
All my pieces are designed and handcrafted by me with love and care.

Returns and exchange details
I do NOT accept exchanges or returns of items with pearl, stone or crystal color/type options that they are considered as personalized orders. I do NOT accept exchanges or returns of earrings for the health/hygiene reasons.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of an exchange or return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchanging or returning of products.
In the events of returning products which were sent with the free shipping offer, the shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Custom-orders and Discounted items are NOT exchangeable or returnable**.
All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, contact me for information how to ship the item back.
I can't assume any responsibility for any item not returned in the manner described. I am not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

I accept payment through Paypal. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, please note that you do NOT need an account in order to make a purchase. CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders must be paid for up front.
Delivery
Both ready-made and made-to-order items have an order processing time of 2-4 days. If a custom order has been arranged this time could change and it will be communicated directly to the customer.

VERY IMPORTANT
Customs, weather and other factors may occasionally delay shipping up to 6 weeks. Try to plan your purchase in large advance, in order to avoid disappointments.
The order will be shipped to your address on Etsy. Please make sure you provide the correct address. If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, a fee will be charged to ship it again.
Additional policies and FAQs
I offer costume/fashion jewelry and therefore it needs special care to ensure a longer life span. Please make sure you acknowledge the nature of my jewelry before purchasing.
Simple steps to keep your jewelry in good condition:
Avoid water or any liquids (perfume, lotions, etc). Clean the chains after use, with a soft dry cloth to remove skin oils and dust. Store away from sunlight, ideally on a jewelry box or a plastic zip lock bag - the sun will discolor the piece and air contributes to oxidization. Your lifestyle, climate and the pass of time will eventually age the pieces but you can try to use lemon juice or peroxide to liven up the colors.
