Hello 😊, I'm Jane ~ yarn dyer and owner of Hedgerow Yarns.

I dye yarn in small batches in my home in North Staffordshire.
I started experimenting with dyeing yarn when I relocated to the North West of the UK in Spring of 2014. Inspired by nature and fascinated by colour....every dye day is a new adventure!

Delivery

All UK items will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class post. Shipping costs are for orders up to 1kg.

Upgrades are available for a Tracked & Signed for option.

International shipping to the USA & Canada is by International Standard airmail with the option to upgrade to International Tracked & Signed - I strongly recommend using this option as International Standard does NOT cover for any loss of goods in the post and offers NO tracking information.

International shipping to the EU is International Standard with the option to upgrade to Tracked & Signed.

Standard postage (UK) and International Standard (the rest of the world) DOES NOT cover any reimbursement or replacement of your delivery should the worst happen and it goes astray in the postal system.

If your parcel costs less to ship than you have been charged, I will refund any reasonable excess via your original payment method on the day of dispatch.

Additional policies and FAQs

The yarn I use for dyeing is ethically sourced and cruelty free.

All yarn is dyed, dried and packed in a smoke free and dog friendly environment. Bobby, my Yorkshire Terrier doesn't venture near my yarns : )

I use an unscented wool wash in the final rinse of my dyed yarn.

I try to represent colours as accurately as possible but colour may vary depending on the monitor used to view it.
