Returns and exchange details
I want you to be completely happy with the items you receive. However, if you are not happy with an item for other reasons you can return it accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations with the original packaging. Before you do so please email me to let me know what is wrong and I shall see if I'm able to fix it before returning.

Of course, as we approach Christmas the time taken for things to arrive increases as the mail slows down. Last order dates to guarantee delivery in Europe is 30 November and for items to deliver in the UK 7 December.
In some circumstances I may be able to dispatch items more quickly. If you need something sooner than it would normally arrive please let me know before you place an order and I'll do my best to get it to you sooner. Unfortunately there may be an extra charge to expedite an order but I'll let you know that at the time.
All orders are well packaged in strong envelopes or robust tubes to give them the best chance of surviving the journey to you. However, unfortunate things can happen on the way so I insure for damage or loss which may happen on the way.
I send everything using Royal Mail's 1st Class signed for service to addresses in the UK. Deliveries to the EU use Royal Mail's International Signed For Service. Deliveries in the UK should take 1-2 business days from dispatch and those to the EU should take 3-5 business days.
If an item is lost in the mail I'll do my best track it down for you . If this is not possible then I'll send a replacement within a reasonable time and seek recompense for the lost delivery from the carrier.

To extend life prints should be kept at a relative humidity of 35 – 65% and a temperature of 10 to 30°C (50° to 86°F). Please take care when handling prints to avoid surface damage. When they are not on display prints are best stored in archive quality envelopes, folders, and boxes. Only archive grade tapes and glues should be used for mounting & framing.
The size for each print refers to the longest dimension of the actual image. It is likely to be printed on a sheet of paper larger than this.
Greetings cards are also printed on fine art papers using the same high quality inks.
