Make up time is varies depending on the work involved. Typically a synthetic piece will be ready for posting in 3-5 working days. Human hair pieces usually take 1-2 weeks. If I need to order hair in to make up your piece it will be 2-3 weeks turnaround.

Shipping is via Royal Mail tracked and signed.
UK orders will normally arrive within 1-3 working days of posting.

Colour Matching - Please bear in mind when sending photos for colour matching I can only advise on colour. I may not be exact due to different lighting and monitor's colour settings. Please ensure photos sent to me show your colour well for best results. If you look at photos of yourself you will see that your hair colour will look very different in some photos than others (due to lighting). This also applies to my photos showing colour, I do try to show colour well but different monitor settings may show the colour slightly differently to my own. Please allow for this. Your monitor resolution would need to be set to the same as mine to see the exact photos as intended.

Wherever possible I use my own models wearing my own products. All photos of hairpieces are taken by myself of my finished product. In some instances stock photos are used to indicate colour only. These photos are not representative of my product in any way.

Hair Longevity - How long your hair will last depends on many things, the grade of hair used, how it is cared for and how often it is worn. I set out rough guidelines below:

Synthetic Hair - Up to 2 months.
Human Hair - Up to 3 months.
Human Remy Hair - Up to 6 months.
Virgin Remy Hair - Up to 9 months.
Double Drawn Remy Hair - Up to 9 months.

All human hair products have been dyed or bleached and supplied by batch so colour variation may occur. Please note that in some cases the colour of the hair product will affect the longevity of its performance. Some shades may fade over extended time periods and good aftercare should be carried out (especially on bleached shades) to maintain the condition of hair products.

Products are guaranteed only when an aftercare range has been recommended by Hexy and purchased in the customer’s name at the same time as the extension hair product(s).

Hexy Hair Extensions do not accept any responsibility for hair that has been altered after purchase. This includes but is not limited to, cutting, chemically treating, colouring, including the use of coloured, silver or purple shampoos.

Our human hair products and tools may be of Russian, Indian, European, Asian, or Chinese origin.
