Can we edit the text on the files ourselves?
To protect our designs we only provide uneditable files that we have personalised for you. However we aim to keep our turnaround times as quick as possible so our customers don’t have to wait too long to receive their personalised files and we can make amendments to those files if needed.
Can you print the invitations for me?
Yes, we now have a range of our best selling designs available with printing options on our shop - as long as you are within the UK we can provide printed invitations.
If you are interested in getting one of our designs printed that isn't available in the printed section of our shop, please contact us directly for a quote.
Can you change a design to fit my event?
Yes! All our designs can be adapted to fit any event.
Can you change the colour/ remove / add something from a design?
If you see a design you like but want something changed within the design itself we can usually accommodate. Smaller changes like, colour scheme or removing something, we can usually do free of charge. However larger changes like adding something into a design will incur extra design charges so please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
I like your designs but I can't find anything that will fit exactly with my event, can you design something bespoke for me?
Yes! We love creating unique designs for our customers. We can create bespoke designs for any event so if you’re looking for something specific please get in touch!
I like a particular design but you don’t have the item I want in that style, can you make it?
Of course! We are always working on expanding our range and options of items in certain styles. So if you see a design you like but a certain item that isn’t currently available in that style please get in touch and we can prioritise creating that item for you.
