FAQs:
♥ Where do I send my photo/s? - If your order needs a custom image added please send via an Etsy message after you've placed your order. You can also email your image/s to info'at'hidoggi.com. If you are sending via an Etsy message you don't need to add your order number as I will know from your username which order is yours.
♥ Do you remove the background of the photo? - Yes, I carefully remove the background in Photoshop. I also will try to improve the image if it needs sharpening or brightening etc. If your image isn't suitable (eg. too blurry) I will let you know and ask if you're able to send alternative/s.
♥ Do you offer any other colours? - Quite often the items are available in other colours to the ones listed. Please drop me a message if you have a particular colour in mind.
♥ Can you change the text? - Yes, every item is printed to order so if you wanted a 'Best cat dad' shirt to be changed to 'Marley's Pops' for example just send me a message.
♥ Will I be charged import taxes? -You shouldn't get charged import taxes but if by the rare chance you do get charged I will refund you the full amount.
♥ Where are the items shipped from? Items are shipped from UK/USA.
♥ Can I get the item sooner than the expected delivery date? Quite often it is possible to get the item to you sooner than the expected delivery date (except mugs), just drop me a message with the date you need it for and I will do my best to help.

Sizing details
🐾All shirts and sweatshirt are unisex regular fit. The best way to find the correct size is to lay a shirt/sweatshirt out flat, measure the width then check the size chart image on the listing to compare. If that's not possible:
🐾Men: Go for usual men's size in the unisex for more fitted feel. Go one size up for a looser fit.
🐾Women approx:
S 8-10UK / 6-8US
M 12-14UK / 10-12US
L 16-18UK / 14-16US
XL 18-20UK / 16-18US
2XL 22-24UK / 20-22US

Custom and personalised orders
