Frequently asked questions

Where is my order?

If you are not in the UK, shipping can take a long time. All international orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Etsy says this takes 3 - 11 business days but in my experience it's 2 weeks+. (I have known some items take up to a month.)

Please give your order a chance to arrive. And understand that once it has left me, I am at the mercy of the Royal Mail.
