Accepted payment methods
I am also happy to accept Sterling cheques from UK buyers (drawn on a UK bank) by prior arrangement, and will dispatch your parcel once the cheque has cleared - please convo me for more information.
If payment is not received within 3 days of your purchasing an item, the item(s) will be re-listed and the sale cancelled.
I am happy to reserve items for one week - please convo me with your requirements and I will create a bespoke "Reserved" listing for you. If payment is not received by the end of the week, the reserved item(s) will be re-listed.
I do not ship to countries where there is no tracked service available.
I send parcels out as soon as possible so that you are not kept waiting. I do not make any profit on postage and packing charges. I always inform my customers when I have sent a parcel so that they know when to expect it. If there is any expected delay, I will contact you.
Postal charges are subject to change in line with Royal Mail price increases.
I cannot be held responsible for lost packages, or damage to goods in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Whilst I try my best to describe pieces and show them accurately in photographs, I'm sure you'll appreciate that different computer screens show colours differently. Please note that due to the handmade nature of these Hill Tribe Silver components, they do vary slightly in size and pattern, but this does not detract from their appeal.
All sizes are given in Imperial (inches) and Metric (cm or mm).
In the event of any problems at all, I would ask you to please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I pride myself on customer service and will try to resolve any issues to our mutual satisfaction.
If you do need to return any item for a refund, please use a RECORDED postal service for your own protection and so that you know I have received your parcel - if I don't receive your returned parcel, I cannot offer a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note: Hill Tribe Silver has a high silver content and (like any other silver) will tarnish if stored in the open. To reduce this, store your silver (and finished pieces) in an airtight bag (eg: gripseal). For additional protection you can buy "anti-tarnish tabs" to pop in with your silver. I cannot be responsible for changes in appearance due to tarnish.
Tarnished silver can be carefully cleaned with proprietary products - for example cleaning cloths or silver dip (the latter on "shiny" finishes only) - follow the instructions and precautions carefully. Please note that if you choose to use silver dip on "antiqued" finishes, this may remove or reduce the "deliberate" oxidation and change the appearance of the piece. I cannot be responsible for changes in appearance due to cleaning.
