Personalised orders use the information you submit during your purchase. The file will be created and emailed to you using the email address associated with your Etsy account with 7-10 business days. It will also be attached to a message in Etsy and sent to you that way.
Returns are NOT accepted as each order is created to your requirements.

You will also not receive a physical chart or kit with your order - this is an email chart only but does include all of the requirements for stitching each design including fabric requirmements for 14, 16 and 18 count fabric and the DMC thread colours and lengths you will require.

All instant download files include measurements in the listing and within the chart you purchase.

Personalised orders will vary in size depending on the name you have requested me to chart and will be confirmed within the chart when you receive it for 14, 16 and 18 count aida fabric.

These are available to download instantly, or in the case of personalized orders will be emailed to you within 7-10 working days.

Full instructions are provided to help you purchase the correct fabric size and DMC threads, but these are not provided.

All charts are sent electronically - that's either via email for custom/bespoke orders, or via direct download for standard charts. It is the buyers responsibility to print their order off. Requests for me to print and send an order in the post will be refused.

Holly's Hobbies cannot be responsible for any issues you have with your own technology or your lack of access to a printer. Most libraries and print shops have the ability to print from file so I recommend taking your chart there to print off once purchased.

Bespoke charts are designed by hand and despite our best efforts errors do sometimes occur. Please contact us as soon as you spot an issue and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

If the error is in the spelling of the name or other details that you entered incorrectly when ordering we will also do our best to correct it for you, but may charge an extra fee where this is a significant change (like adding a middle name or more text).

For digital downloads, all orders are final as you can download the item as soon as you purchase and therefore we cannot cancel the order and refund your money.

For bespoke orders, once your chart has been designed and mailed to you there is no refund available. If there are errors in the design please get in touch as per the FAQ above and we will correct these for you.

Refunds can be given on bespoke items if we are notified within 24 hours of your order.
