Identify the risks of data flowing in and out of the business
The risks concerned with data flowing in and out of the business are minimal due to strict security. The computer work is data is accessed on is password protected, data held in the cloud is password protected and held on encrypted systems and third-party software (such as WordPress and Social Media) have their own security systems. The risks of a breach are minimal due to the precautions mentioned above being taken, and close monitoring is undertaken to ensure security systems are always up to date.

Document what personal data is held, where it came from, who we share it with, and what we do with it
The personal data Hooking Marvellous hold includes:
- First and Surname
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number

Information is submitted to Hooking Marvellous by customers placing orders on our website, or via social media.
Information is used solely for the purposes of processing orders (Contract), accounts management (Legal Obligation).

Hooking Marvellous has an up to date privacy policy covering GDPR on the website and accessible to the public. This will be reviewed every 2 years, or sooner should there be a change in business processes or legislation.

Right of access policy, rectification and accuracy and removal processes
Any person for which we hold data on can request to view, amend, and remove their data at any time. We will comply with any requests within 7 working days. This is included in our privacy policy.

Hooking Marvellous will keep up to date with data protection compliance changes by following ICO guidelines and further peer group support.
