Hutch & Willow

Hutch & Willow strongly believe in the sentiment of sending good old-fashioned paper cards and notes. We strive to create high quality, hand-designed cards and paper goods that evoke a sense of fun and nostalgia.

Created in September 2014 by Abi Metcalfe, Hutch & Willow focuses on hand illustrated cards with a whimsical feel. Inspired by Abi's own surroundings, experiences, family and friends, Hutch & Willow's designs are guaranteed to make everyone smile.

The small independently run studio is learning as it grows and constantly expanding its line of greetings cards with a view to move onto a variety of illustrated paper goods.

All our products are designed and printed in the UK and carefully hand packaged in the Hutch & Willow studio to ensure quality at all times.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me within 14 days if you are unhappy with your order, refunds will be given within 30 days on receipt of the item back to me. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.
UK Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail first class. Please allow 2 working days for your order to arrive.

International Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and will be sent via Royal Mail international standard. If you are within the EU please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.

To keep your postage costs to a minimum, items are not tracked. If you wish to have peace of mind please contact us for tracked postage quotes! We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit once they have been passed on to the Royal Mail.

We really wish postage could be faster and cheaper, especially for our overseas friends and we are striving to find ways to keep costs down all the time!

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
