Frequently asked questions
Do your prints include the frame?
*Frames are for illustrative purposes only*
I originally did sell my prints with the frames but with the increase in cost and postage prices it became unfeasible to sell with frame included (especially to overseas buyers as couriers would often break them). You can pick up frames for most print sizes at Ikea though.
Do you offer any other sizes and/or colours?
A lot of my prints are in black and white but can also be purchased in colour upon request. I can also accommodate different sizes (depending on my printing companies capabilities). Just send me a message and I will be happy to work something out with you and sent you up a private listing.
My print arrived damaged? What should I do?
Unfortunately this rarely does happen but if you're one of the unlucky ones please contact me and send me pictures of the damage. That way I can then pass this onto my printing or courier company and get a replacement print sent usually within 24 hours.
When should I order to guarantee xmas delivery?
You should order before the 10th of December for Christmas delivery and while every effort will be made to ensure delivery before Christmas any orders placed after then can not be guaranteed due to the backlog of Christmas post and possible delays at customs.
If you order after this date and want to guarantee Christmas delivery please select the express shipping option upon purchasing a poster (A3 / 11in x 17in and A2 / 16in x 20in) only. Thanks.
