Privacy Policy

Information I collect:
In order to process your order I will only use your shipping and billing address. When you purchase a product from me through Etsy you must provide me with the following information: name, email, shipping address, payment information and product details. Your information will be stored online by Etsy who are fully GDPR compliant (so your details are safe). You may also provide me with personal information for a custom order. Any paper copies (order sheets & receipts) of your information will be destroyed securely after use. Your details will be held securely online, through Etsy’s site for legal reasons (such as paying taxes) however they will not be used for any other reason.

Why I need your information and How I use it:
I require your information to communicate with you about any orders placed. In particular with custom orders I may require more information from you. If you have an Etsy account I will communicate with you via Etsy conversations, unless you have stated that you would prefer to communicate via email. If you check out as a guest through Etsy I may contact you via the email address you have provided to Etsy.

Information sharing and disclosure:
I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. I would not share your information without consent.

Data retention:
I will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I will keep your data (securely) for approximately 7 years.


Your rights:
You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by sending a request directly to Etsy. You are entitled to amend, view or delete the information I hold by emailing your request to me@april-illustrations.co.uk
