Hello Alysha! I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. I wish I would have had the chance to speak with you prior to help with restoring your melted product. As noted in the descriptions, the summer months plays apart in the texture change during shipping due to product being oil based. If product is still in the containers, please place in fridge or allow to sit cool to restore hardened consistency.
