Consider upgrading shipping at checkout. I cannot guarantee delivery since I'm not the person delivering your order to you. Can you add a note inside?
Yes, please let me know what you'd like me to handwrite/print inside in the Note To Seller Field at checkout. There is no charge for this, but I might need an extra day to ship your order out. If I'm shipping directly to your recipient, please make sure the shipping address is for your recipient.
How long does shipping take?
I currently process orders within 1-3 business days. For USA, it takes USPS anywhere from 2-5 business days to deliver it to you, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Upgrade to Priority Mail for faster shipping times by USPS. If you prefer FedEx, choose the FedEx option at checkout.
I checked tracking on my order and the status hasn't changed. What's going on?
It can take USPS up to 24 hours to update tracking. Tracking on the usps.com website is usually more up-to-date than Etsy, so you may want to check there. Go to https://www.usps.com/ then paste your tracking number into the Search A Tracking Number box. Sometimes USPS doesn't scan packages. It can take USPS up to 5 business days to deliver once out for delivery. If after 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT business days) your order still hasn't arrived, please contact me.
I tried tracking my order and it's saying it's an invalid USPS tracking #.
If you chose standard shipping, your order is shipped via USPS but the tracking # was generated by Etsy/Pitney Bowes. Copy and paste your tracking # into here: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/
COUPON CODES: I have items in my cart but the discount isn't being applied.
You have to enter the coupon code into the COUPON CODE FIELD at cart/checkout in order for the discount to be applied. Etsy does not automatically apply discounts.
I need a card by a certain date. Will it get here in time?
I'm currently shipping out orders received today within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping can take USPS 2-5 business days to deliver to you. Choose Priority Mail shipping at checkout for delivery in 1-3 business days. For better shipping estimates, go to https://m.usps.com/m/PricesCalculate and enter your Ship To zip code. My Ship From zip code is 91354. Enter "Package" for shipping type and "3 oz" for weight. It should tell you the Priority Mail delivery date. Just holler if you need help with this.
Do you ship internationally?
I'm currently shipping to select countries by request due to parcels getting lost in the mail.
Do you do custom cards?
Unfortunately I’m unable to create custom cards at this time. Try searching “Custom Greeting Card” on Etsy and you’ll find many Etsy sellers who can do this for you :)
