Four notebooks finished today! Purple custom, charcoal A5, rain large cahier, and olive tan B6.
Three notebooks that went out yesterday! Two in ultramarine, one with a mermaid charm, and a jade with a pen loop.
Three of the notebooks that left my workroom recently! Pink, olive tan with white stitching, and ultramarine with a matching penloop.

I've been crafting since childhood, and selling my items for many years. Really I just love making things, and having other people enjoy them.

I started out by making traveller's notebooks for myself, then a couple for friends, who told me I should start an etsy shop, and that then spiralled into this shop and many happy customers.

If you're wondering about the plural in the name, this was originally intended for a collective I was a part of, but that collapsed and I was left with a perfect name for a stationery-related shop - so here we are!

I live in Northern England with my partner, but have previously lived in Dubai. I also have a BA in Illustration and Design. I swear I don't look as deranged in person as I do in the photo - cameras hate me and it was genuinely the best I could do!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If a return is organised within 14 days of receipt of the item, then the cost of the item will be refunded as soon I receive it back in good order. The buyer is responsible for return postage (some exceptions apply).

No returns on custom items, I'm afraid; it's often too difficult to find someone else who wants the exact specs you did. Cancellations of custom orders will have the full cost of materials purchased deducted from the refund.
Rush jobs should be discussed and cleared *before* purchase, and be paid for using paypal when your order from me is the only thing in the basket. I'm perfectly friendly, so just ask upfront so I can check my calendar. There is a charge of £3.50 for rush jobs cleared after purchase, and I reserve the right to refuse; rush jobs agreed upon before purchase do not incur this fee.

Custom work must be discussed and cleared *before* purchase, and organised through a custom listing.

I can only ship to the address on file; please make any necessary alterations before buying.

International customers are liable for all taxes, import duties, customs fees, etc. imposed by their own country.
If you'd like a tracking number you will need to take the 'tracked postage' option at check-out; it's literally impossible to add it after I've shipped the item.

I'm afraid I'm unable to ship the notebooks to Italy as they are made with real leather, and it's a prohibited import.

I will not lie on a customs form; please do not even ask.

Due to the number of losses I am no longer able to post to France or Canada except by tracked post. I have amended my postage rates to reflect that, so if you are purchasing from either then please do not add tracking as it's already included in your price.

Please be aware, international postage can take anywhere between 5 days and 8 weeks. I can't predict which because there appears to be no pattern (trust me I've looked; I suspect customs are the culprit).
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through or its related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

* as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
* if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

* Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
* Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
* Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
