Is An Envelope Included With My Greeting Card?
Yes all my cards are white in colour unless otherwise stated and come with an envelope included. All envelopes are currently white also. Cards and envelopes are either A6 in size or 5.6 inches depending on the type of card you have purchased.
Do I Have To Pay Additional For Personalisation?
A variety of our greeting cards available in our shop feature the additional option of adding personalisation to your card unless already stated that this item is part of the original design.
For cards with added personalisation options, this can be purchased as an add-on from selecting this option from the drop down menu when adding your item to the basket.
Please note that if you do not purchase this option but include your personalisation this will not be printed.
All personalisation details are copied directly from the information you provide at checkout. So please do double check this before finalising your order.
Can I Send An Item Directly To A Recipient?
Yes.
Of course we are happy to send an item directly to the recipient of your choice, but please make us aware of this when purchasing so we can package the cards accordingly.
Plus many of our cards come blank inside for you to add your own message when you receive them, so if this is being sent straight to a recipient then let us know as we can offer a personalised message inside for a small additional fee.
How long does it take to process an order before it’s dispatched?
All orders for cards do have a 3 working day processing timeframe before dispatch.
This is to allow time for your order to be designed, printed and packaged alongside other current orders open.
We do offer rush processing upgrades that you can purchase for quicker dispatch if you are in a hurry for your item, so please do get in touch, we are more than happy to discuss this.
Orders for Seasonal items may be subject to slightly longer processing timeframes due to the higher demand at this time.
You will receive estimated dispatch information at the checkouts stage and your order confirmation.

I need my order ASAP...Can you hurry my order through for quicker dispatch if required?
Yes.
We do have a lot of orders being processed at one time so we do have to have a 3 working day processing timeframe for all our orders before dispatch.
However if you are in need of your cards in a hurry, please get in touch as we would be happy to offer a rushed service for a small additional processing fee.
It can often be sent out Same day/Next Day dispatch depending on time of day with a first class post service.
Tracked and special deliveries are available if required -please get in touch to discuss this option.
