Pre-made logos are not one-of-a-kind purchases and will be made available in my Etsy store for other customers to buy and customise. Ink and Honey Design Co. retains rights to all pre-made designs. After the pre-made customisation process is completed, please note that all files will be deleted after 30 days from the delivery date to save space. Please make sure that you save your files to at least 2 separate locations to avoid your designs being lost. I am not responsible for designs being lost if you do not properly save your files.

Products listed are digital files only, no physical product will be shipped! Files are delivered digitally, either via e-mail or uploaded to Dropbox or Google Drive.

Due to the nature of the items I create I am unable to offer refunds on pre-made or custom items. I can accept a cancellation request if you change your mind within one hour of purchase.

Please note that the colours you see on the screen may slightly differ from printed artwork based on monitor and printer quality. I recommend that you request a test print from your chosen print vendor before ordering a full run. I am not responsible for colour variation in print.
