I'm Nikky and I make all things cute and quirky! <3

I started Innabox 8 years ago, designing and selling cards, but in 2014 I started my handmade adventure, making jewellery and homeware. Although I am now known for enamel pins, invisible illness awareness and animal butts haha!

I work from home in my teeny tiny bedroom studio with all of my equipment and of course my 2 cats,
Teddy and Gizmo! Who sometimes help me pack my orders if I pay them in dreamies :)

I design everything using my iPad Pro and my older items are designed in adobe illustrator.

Most of my items are designed from my comfy bed due to my invisible illness and packed up on my desk right next to the bed with the help of my lovely partner who I also call my postman twat!

I love a cheeky pun which you may see in some of my work!
I hope you love and enjoy my products as much asI enjoy making them.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If an item is damaged, please report it quickly and I will replace or refund your item for you with no fuss. However, I guarantee a quality service.

All products remain property of InnaBox Limited until the order is paid in full and cleared. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
Paypal is the best payment option for me but I also accept credit/debit cards and Etsy Gift Cards. Products will be sent within 3-5 working days upon receiving payment for a prompt dispatch. You will be contacted if there is a problem or a delay. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please get in contact quickly before your item is dispatched.

Shipping is always Royal Mail 1st Class delivery unless otherwise stated.

My items are NOT tracked.

My postage days are Monday and Thursday. If you order an item on Friday please understand that it will be posted to you on Monday after the weekend.

If you would like recorded or express delivery, please send me a message before you order so I can arrange that and adjust shipping costs accordingly.

I always make sure to get proof of postage to cover insurance if anything goes missing! If you are concerned that your item is taking a long while to arrive, you can get in touch but please allow 28 working days via Royal Mail guide lines for your item to arrive. Make sure to check with neighbours and your local sorting office incase a card isn't left.

Overseas orders are sent via economy airmail to keep the shipping costs low but this means items cannot be tracked.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may occur when sending overseas.

Items can often take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive!
