Ever since I can remember I've been creating. Whether it has been drawing on walls as a toddler, designing henna tattoos, or spray painting furniture.

So off I went to Newcastle College to do a foundation in Art and Design then went onto Edinburgh Napier University focusing on my Photography BA Hons and the beauty of nature. I worked for BBC Scotland and even went into Wedding Photography.

I had reached a strange place, where I stopped creating and realised it had been equal to breathing for me, my whole life. After I had my first child I decided to create what I knew best, and started painting the nature around me. I was lucky enough to be helped into starting my own small business from the Prince's Trust. I joined Spilt Milk Gallery in Edinburgh and started a residency with Nasty Women in 2018.

I later went on to work for Wild in Art creating an Elmer for the Great North Elmer Parade 2019 in Eldon Garden Shopping Centre and designed two imps for Lincoln in 2021.

Intertwining my love for Indian folk tales, Magic and the North East of England this lead to come beautifully intricate and colourful pieces of artwork as Matchboxes. I absolutely love meeting people at markets and talking about art.
