Due to the nature of our goods, we guarantee that our products are free from functional defect upon shipping from our shop. Any damage during shipping can be reported to us.

Since the nature and intensity of use is completely to the discretion of the users, damage during use is not covered. However, all pieces are created to be functional when used respectfully for the item with proper technique with consenting adult participants. For any issues, please contact us.

Please message for returns on any item that will contact the body, intimately or otherwise. Although returns are possible, they do require a 20% cleaning and restocking fee, in order to guarantee the utmost safety for our customers.

Shipping is non-refundable

You may cancel any order within 24 hrs of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Any standard (non-custom) orders cancelled outside of that 24 hour period may have already been shipped and you will have to contact us to arrange a return. Because every item is a one of piece it is already crafted and packaged for protection when its ready to be sold.

• For custom orders, we may allow for cancellations on per case basis, minus a £10 non refundable deposit or the value discuses at concept.
