Gift wrapping and packaging
We currently don't offer a gift wrapping service but we hope to offer one in the future
How long will it take my wallet to arrive?
U.K: We will aim to make within 2-3 business days. Your item will then be sent by Royal mail first class which takes 1-2 business days. So it should arrive 5-7 business days from when you order.
My order hasn't arrived yet
If you have ordered internationally please check the tracking number before messaging us. If domestic and you haven't opted to upgrade to a tracked service your package won't be able to be tracked. Royal Mail do aim to deliver within 2 working days but can sometimes take longer (especially during busy holiday periods)
I think my order is lost
If your order hasn't arrived and you think it lost we would rather send a new one out to you. Royal mail only classifies a package as lost as 10 working days after the estimated delivery date. For this reason, we don't send out replacements before this time has passed.
I want a different design than one of your stamps
Unfortunately, because our stamps are premade out of brass, custom orders for changing a design just isn't possible. Unless you were to order a lot (e.g. over 100) and pay for the cost of the stamp.
When are your Postage Days / When Can I Expect My Order?
Currently we will be going to the post office Wednesday morning and Saturday morning. Smaller items may be able to be posted between these dates though. This should give a rough idea of when to expect your order. Thanks
