Hi, my name is Jackie and I live in the village of Branston in Lincoln with my Architect husband, my daughter and our puppy.
I run my shop as a hobby.
All the cards in my shop are designed by me and professionally printed to retail standard, by my print service provider.

Delivery
I will make every effort to meet delivery times. Due to the backlog with Royal Mail, orders will be posted 1st Class unless requested otherwise, I am no longer offering 2nd Class.

Dispatch times
All orders are now with a 3 - 5 business day dispatch to allow for Royal Mail's backlog following their strikes. Orders will either be sent to you direct from myself or my print service provider. I will always endeavour to keep you informed of what is happening.
How are your cards printed?
My cards are printed professionally by my print service provider and are of retail quality. I do not have the facility to print them at home.
What sort of envelopes do you use?
The envelopes are usually brown kraft envelopes but can differ in appearance depending upon my supplier, sometimes they are self seal but always brown.
Why are some orders dispatched from your print service provider?
All cards are printed by my print service provider and they are retail quality. Card design is my hobby and I want to be able to provide a large range of cards but am unable to hold my full range of stock myself. I will keep you informed of what is happening at all times.
Personalised orders
I AM UNABLE TO PERSONALISE ORDERS AT THE MOMENT DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES - MY LAPTOP IS BEING FIXED.
Once I am back up and running with personalised orders, all cards can be personalised even if not marked as such. I charge £1 extra for personalisation of the front or inside. £2 extra if you wish the card to be personalised on the front AND inside. 1 - 3 business days dispatch for personalised items. Please click on 'request custom order' if you require this service if there is no option to personalise on your listing.
What do you charge for postage if ordering more than one item
The first item in your basket is charged at full rate postage. 30p will be added to postage for each additional item.
