This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com (or its related sites and services), my website www.jacobsden.co.uk, the Jacob’s Den Facebook page or at an event.

Personal information Jacob’s Den collects
We may collect the following Data, which includes personal Data, from you:

• Contact Information such as email and postal addresses and telephone numbers;
• To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me if you order via Etsy), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.
