Jamlincrow Jewellery is all about appreciating the workmanship and beauty of vintage mechanical watch movements. I use these to create unique steampunk jewellery.
I find the intricacy of all the cogs, gears, wheels and jewels absolutely fascinating. Giving retired watches a new lease of life by upcyclinging them into aesthetically pleasing pieces of unusual jewellery for others to enjoy too is a a real pleasure!

International orders placed now may not reach you in time for Christmas.
As well as the usual delays this time of year, Covid-19 is causing further problems.
Deliveries to Australia, New Zealand , USA and Canada are now very unlikely to arrive before the 25th.
Deliveries to Europe should still arrive in time, but nothing is guaranteed.
UK deliveries should arrive in time but Royal Mail are already struggling.

Expect delays. Orders outside of the UK could take several weeks, so if you can't wait 6+ weeks for your order to arrive, it's best not to place an order.

Items are sent via Royal Mail.
UK
Items are sent First Class unless you select Signed For at checkout.
Items should be with you 1-3 days after the dispatch date, occasionally things can take longer, so I cannot guarantee your item will arrive within the estimate.
Royal Mail do not consider a package to be 'lost' until 14 working days have passed.
If you would like Next Day Delivery, please message me first, it is not possible to choose this option at checkout, but if you speak to me, I may be able to offer it.
In the rare event an order does not arrive, please send me a message to discuss refund or replacement options.
INTERNATIONAL
Items are sent via Standard International Airmail unless you select a Signed/Tracked option at checkout.
Standard International Airmail does not come with a tracking number, so IF TRACKING IS IMPORTANT TO YOU PLEASE CHOOSE A TRACKED SERVICE AT CHECKOUT.
Royal Mail estimates delivery to Europe in 3-5 working days and to the rest of the World in 5-7 working days.
In reality, packages regularly take longer than these estimates.
UNITED STATES orders usually take 5-21 days.
Currently taking 3-7 weeks, due to Covid-19 disruption.
AUSTRALIA orders can take 2-6 weeks.
CANADA orders usually take 2-6 weeks.
ITALY is particularly slow at processing imported packages, so expect a timeframe of 1-6 weeks.
MEXICO & SOUTH AMERICA - Items take a very long time (months) to arrive, if they arrive at all! So, please message me first to discuss Courier/alternative options, as I am no longer happy sending items via the normal mail.

I have no control over delivery times once I have posted the package, so I cannot guarantee your item will arrive within the estimates. I have known items take 3 days to get to the US, I have also known items take 3 weeks, although this is rare, except in the run-up to Christmas when I would advise you allow 4 weeks to be sure of receiving your order in time.
Please be aware packages can be delayed by customs processing.
International items cannot be considered 'lost' until 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and 25 working days for Rest of the World have passed. These are the time-frames given by Royal Mail.
