Custom and personalised orders
Can I get a custom design of one of your items. I see an item that I like, but I'm not in love with the colour, shape, size? Could I have extra/less pockets?
At Jay Danzy we LOVE to make items that are unique to you! Please message me with your requirements before you checkout, and we can discuss your ideas via message. Please note custom orders take between 4 to 6 weeks to make before they are shipped.
Custom and personalised orders
Please be aware that custom orders are non-refundable as they have been designed and made specially for you. Where possible, if you are unhappy for any reason, I will work with you to make adjustments.
Also please note that custom orders require your cooperation - custom fabric needs to be decided on within 10 days from order date in order for the completion and dispatch date to be adhered to. If this does not occur there may be a delay in the completion of your custom order.
What is the custom order process?
Designing your very own unique bag is easy, please follow these steps:
1. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to clarify your needs, the colours and fabric patterns you like, send us a photo or sample of your outfit/shoes/other inspiration.
If you already have the fabric you would like to feature in your bag - great!
2. We will then send you up to four designs or fabric choices for you to choose from.
3. We will then order in any fabric required.
4. Once the fabric has arrived, work will begin on you custom made bag!
5. A photo will be sent to you to show you the progress of your bag, and once complete it will be shipped off to you.
Working hours
Please keep in mind that depending on your location there may be some time difference.
I'm located in UK, and I'll respond to your messages as I see them, however I will be unavailable from Friday 3pm - Sat 7pm.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Where possible I will ship items in recycled / resused packaging, I like to do our small part for the planet!
If you are sending a gift, gift wrapping is available. Your item will be wrapped in tissue paper tied with a ribbon,
Christmas 2021 - What is the last date I can order to get my item in time for Christmas?
Ordering as early as possible is always a good idea!
For my ready to ship items, please place your orders by the following dates :
UK: 17th December (free postage)
UK Postage upgrade: 21st December (before 12pm)
USA : 13th December (before 12pm)
West EU: 16th December (before 12pm)
For Christmas stockings to allow me time to make your item please place your order by:
UK - 13th December
USA & EU: 7th December
I may be able to make a rush order for you at an additional cost - please message me to see if this is possible.
