Payment is expected upon checkout. If payment is not received within 72 hours of purchase, and no communication is made via Etsy Conversation, the transaction will be cancelled and the product(s) re-listed without notice.

Delivery

Each product in my shop is made to order and will take approximately 5 days before dispatch.

You will receive a notification once your purchase has been dispatched. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Second Class - unless otherwise stated.

After dispatch estimated delivery times are:

UK 2-3 Working Days
Europe 5-7 Working Days
The rest of the World 7-10 Working Days

These are estimated times based on Royal Mail information and some parcels may take a little longer due to the customs processes in different countries.

Postal upgrades, such as a 'Signed for and Tracked' are available, this will incur an addition cost.
I have added an option to my listings to add UK Guaranteed Delivery or International Tracked and Signed-For services. These options do incur additional costs, your item will be posted using the option you have chosen, however, dispatch dates remain the same - items take approximately 5 working days before dispatch.

I will always obtain proof of postage and cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in the post. If your item is delayed after the estimated delivery date (allowing 7 additional working days) please contact me and I will assist however I can.

I will only ship to addresses supplied at the Etsy checkout.
Please double check the correct delivery address has been entered. I will not send replacement products if an incorrect addresses has been supplied. If a product is returned to me by Royal Mail due to an incorrect address being supplied, I will request that further postage costs be covered by the buyer.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:

Upon receipt of the collar/lead/accessory it is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.

No collar/lead/accessory is indestructible, so please check the product regularly for wear and tear and replace when necessary.

Please do not leave any of Jayne Elizabeth Designs pet products within reach of your pet when not in use.

I cannot replace or refund products which have been damaged/chewed or washed incorrectly.

Jayne Elizabeth Designs shall not be liable or responsible for any injury or loss caused directly or indirectly by our products.

KITTEN COLLARS:

It is advised that kittens do not start wearing collar until they are around 6 months, and only if the collar fits properly.

A collar should fit comfortably and safely; you should be able to fit 2 fingers between the collar and your kittens neck - if you can fit more than this, tighten the collar and if you can fit less, loosen it. If you cannot tighten the collar as there is no more adjustment, then you must wait for you kitten to grow.
You must wait until the collar fits properly, for your kitten's safety and comfort.

It is also strongly advised that your kitten is supervised until they are used to wearing their new collar.

Kittens grow very quickly, so check the adjustment daily and adjust as needed.

Custom and personalised orders

If you require a size that is not listed, please contact me via Etsy Conversation, I am happy to create custom orders if I can.

Please note that custom made products are non-refundable.

Sizing details

The size you choose to buy is dictated by the circumference of your pet's neck. To measure this, use a soft tape measure and carefully wrap it around your pets neck where the collar would sit. Place two fingers between the tape measure and your pets neck. Make sure your fingers fit comfortably. Take this measurement in inches and make a note for when choosing which collar to buy.

Choose a size collar where the measurement you have taken sits roughly in-between the smallest and largest size.

If you do not have a soft tape measure, use a piece of string in the same way as described above and then measure string against a ruler.

Do you offer discounts?

No.

My products are priced fairly, which includes my time, materials and fees charged by Etsy.

My shipping costs are also fairly priced to include the cost of shipping, packaging and also Etsy fees.
