#Creativity# - Jed is compelled to create...it is their happy place and this is reflected in the products
#Autonomy# - Slow style, over fast fashion - handmade in the UK by Jed, these quality products aren’t available on the high street
#Sustainability# - Well made, built to last and repairable garments
#Honesty# - Transparent pricing - just ask if you want to know why something is the price it is

If you're curious about what goes into what is sold in this Etsy shop, check out the Jed Phoenix of London YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/user/jedphoenixoflondon). What to expect:
One of Jed’s core values is honesty, and they feels it is important that customers know they are autistic. If Jed is in creative mode, they may take a few days to respond to messages. However, orders will always be prioritised.

Creating long-lasting style for the unconventional misfit and the bold adventurer!

Jed Phoenix has been creating Strikingly Unconventional Style since 1999. The business has grown from one selling just screen printed T-shirts to one that designs and makes trousers, jackets, skirts, corsets, kilts, and accessories. Everything is made in the U.K. by Jed and Elaine. A huge amount of passion, time and thought goes into each creation. We are dedicated to providing you with the best that we can produce. Jed Phoenix has, over the years, developed a reputation for high quality, innovative designs. We know that we're not for everyone. We know that our products are investments. But the money that you invest with us when you place your order goes right back into the piggy bank named longevity. We build longevity into our designs, both in terms of construction and style. We want you to enjoy your purchases for years to come.

  • 4Imprint

    Manchester, England

4Imprint are a printing and merchandising company that has the skills and expertise to produce branded items like mugs and T-shirts that we can not do ourselves.

  • Druid and the Witch

    Brough, England

Moth is the brains behind all our bath bomb related products.

  • Heraldic Pottery

    Stoke-on-Trent, England

Heraldic Pottery is a small UK based ceramics company who have the skills, knowledge and equipment (that JedPhoenixStyle doesn't have) to produce stunning pottery.

  • Prinfab

A company who has the equipment to print Jed's artwork onto fabric

  • Ralawise

We buy shirts in from Ralawise and alter them. We have experimented with making shirts from scratch ourselves but they prove to be too time consuming and not economically viable.

Aoife is the brains behind all our soap-related products.

JedPhoenixStyle strive to provide the best possible service to our customers.

If, however, you experience any problems, please do not hesitate to contact Jed.

We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

Returns and exchanges in addition to store policies.

Please note that in addition to our store policies above soaps and bath bombs cannot be returned.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for off-the-peg garments if they do not fit. The garment must be returned in an unworn condition. Conditions of return apply.

Shipping

We now offer free UK shipping. For items over £20 this will include insurance and signed for services.

Ceramics

Most delivery companies include ceramics on their "not covered for loss or damage" list. Because of this, the tea set and teapot will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap, and cardboard will be used to further protect them during shipping.

Other items will be wrapped in tissue paper and pallet wrap, secured by sellotape. Protecting the item in transit without adding too much weight to the parcel.

Anything else deemed fragile will be wrapped in bubble wrap and or/tissue paper and pallet wrapped accordingly.
