Announcement
Jed is very passionate about the art that goes into making all the products and this takes some time. If there’s a particular event that you’d like your purchase for, please let Jed know and they'll endeavour to meet that deadline.
Approximate timescales are:
* Corsets take around 2 weeks to cut, make and trim.
* Pin on patches, teapots and other items that are in stock will be sent within 5 working days of being ordered.
* Trousers, skirts, tops and jackets take around 1 week to cut, make and trim.
Jed Phoenix of London was established in 1999. Over the years, it has become really clear that Jed is all about…
#Creativity# - Jed is compelled to create...it is their happy place and this is reflected in the products
#Autonomy# - Slow style, over fast fashion - handmade in the UK by Jed, these quality products aren’t available on the high street
#Sustainability# - Well made, built to last and repairable garments
#Honesty# - Transparent pricing - just ask if you want to know why something is the price it is
If you're curious about what goes into what is sold in this Etsy shop, check out the Jed Phoenix of London YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/user/jedphoenixoflondon). This is a great place to get an insight into the behind-the-scenes workings of JedPhoenixStyle. We upload Deep Dive videos about our products there, as well as time lapse footage of us in the studio, so it's well worth hitting the Subscribe and bell notification buttons.
What to expect:
One of Jed’s core values is honesty, and they feel it is important that customers know they are autistic. If Jed is in creative mode, they may take a few days to respond to messages. However, orders will always be prioritised.
