SHIPPING TIMES: Please refer to the shipping estimates provided by me on my storefront and not the etsy provided times you see after purchase

♡ United States (Mainland Only): 5-14 days
♡ Europe: 1-6 weeks
♡ Everywhere Else: 2-8 weeks
Please note the longest estimated wait times are rare, but I have to provide them as it is a possibility and has happened to customers in the past. The average ship times are usually at the lower end to middle of the provided timeframe.
TRACKING INFO:
All orders to United States (Mainland only) now come with a tracking number as standard.
For all other shipping destinations: To keep shipping charges minimal, all orders are shipped with standard mail by default, this method DOES NOT include a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please choose the "tracked" shipping option/upgrade from the dropdown menu when checking out. If this option is not chosen and paid for when checking out there is no way to check on the current location of your order. I also will have no information regarding your orders current whereabouts as tracking is needed for this. Standard shipping is still reliable, and I rarely have any issues with it, but it can take longer and patience is needed during the shipping time as there is no way to check on the status of your order, please keep this is mind when choosing your shipping method at checkout. If you would like faster shipping and the option to check on the shipping progress of the order please choose tracked shipping.

4 out of 5 starsWonderful Sticker - I sticked it to my refillable water bottle & it was Great! However I did have to take it off because the ink started smuggling off the sticker after I had held my hand for a long amount of time (contact-to-contact) or from rubbing it with my thumb. I can see a explanation that some of the ink reacting to the heat outside while I was using it, but otherwise I liked the sticker a lot.

Frequently asked questions
Tracking Number?
All orders to the United States (mainland only) now come with a tracking number as standard.
For everywhere else, to keep shipping charges minimal all international orders are sent using standard airmail, unfortunately this does not come with a tracking number. If you would like/need a tracking number please choose the "tracked and signed" shipping option from the drop down menu at the checkout. I can only provide one if this method is selected.
Lost or undelivered packages
If you think your package is lost, before contacting me please check with your local post office and neighbours to see if your package is there. Often the package is either being returned to sender or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal worker was unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and although I'll try to help, I only have access to the same information as you.
I have to give 8 weeks from the day the package was sent for the order to be considered lost. I have sent replacements before this time limit in the past, only for the original order to show up with the buyer shortly after. If this time has passed please contact me. Thank you for understanding.
Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately at this time none of my products are customisable. I often get asked if I offer custom pins and keychains, but since I need to outsource my designs to a manufacturer for these products it's just not possible, this is mainly due to the minimum order quantities being relatively high and high costs.
But I may offer custom options on other items in the future.
I've found your designs being sold on other websites, do they have your permission?
I only sell here on Etsy under the name "Jennifayrie" and on my own website jennifayrie.com. If you see my designs being sold as products here under another shop name, or on any other website, these are either stolen art or counterfeit goods.
I get a lot of messages pointing me to other listings or websites selling my illustrations or products featuring my illustrations. Just know that they do not have my permission.
