Handmade kiln-formed glass

I've been working in glass since 2003, when I began a BA degree in Glass & Ceramics at the University of Sunderland, based at the National Glass Centre in the UK. I went on to do an MA in Glass there also and have worked as a self-employed cast & kiln-formed glass artist since graduating in 2009, setting up my studio with help from an Arts Council grant.

My work has been shortlisted for a number of competitions and awards, including three times for the DSWF 'Wildlife Artist of the Year' and the 2012 British Glass Biennale. I'm currently represented by galleries throughout the UK, but many of the smaller pieces I sell are only available online.

I love the unpredictable nature of kiln-forming - it can be as frustrating as it is exciting! - but I try to design and make all my pieces using the same level of craftsmanship and eye for detail, whether it be the largest of kiln-cast pieces, or the smallest piece of jewellery.

For further info on my work, including my CV, please follow the 'shop website' link below, and feel free to follow me on Instagram!

If you have already received the item, please re-package it carefully and send it back within 14 days of letting me know that you wish to return it. I'm happy to combine postage/shipping for multiple purchases. Any overpaid shipping will be refunded once goods have been dispatched.

With the exception of 'made to order' items, I will endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days of orders being placed.

Larger quantities (eg wedding favours etc) and custom-made/personalised products will be made to order, which can take up to 2 weeks.

UK items will either be sent by Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days) for smaller, letter-post items, or by My Hermes (3-5 days) for larger items. For items sent by My Hermes, a tracking number will be provided.

International items will be sent by Royal Mail 'International Standard', which usually takes 7-14 days, but can take longer and can be significantly slower prior to Christmas. To minimise shipping costs for buyers outside the UK, I do not use tracked or signed-for methods, but I do obtain proof of posting for all my items. For international orders, if items haven't arrived within 28 days of dispatch, please contact me.

Please note, I cannot be held responsible for any customs or other import duties incurred on items shipped to buyers outside the UK.

If you have any queries about shipping (or anything else), please don't hesitate to contact me.
